I would like to meet someone in Auburn since I dont know where the trail head is. I guess I can meet you guys in fairfeild at best buy but I dont know where best buy is.

Josh I will meet you in Auburn, The crew can normally be reached on FRS 8 or another channel, I will bring my radio and then we can stay informed. Will set up a meet later in the week...

I did this trail when I first got my X. Only problem I had was losing a step rail. (just gave me a reason to buy sliderz )So you shouldn't have two many problems. Just take it slow.

Its gonna take me about 1.5 to 2 hours to get there. So if we meet at like 9-9:30 that should be fine right? Cisco grove is only like 10min up the road from there isnt it?
Oh yeah, I dont have a CB yet and my nextel probably doesnt work up there.

I can meet at McDonalds at 9 and I have an FRS.

There are a few choices and LOTS of opinions. I got mine from Roger Brown at 4crawler.com Click Here!!! I love them and think they are the best.

Shrock also makes a set, Click Here!!! Lots of folks here have these and love them as well.

Calmini also makes a set, Click Here!!! I have heard mixed reviews on these.

Anyone of these will help. You can check out mine this weekend.

Looks like dave beat me to it on the sliderz. Oh well. As for FRS, I have roughly 15 of them that I will bring if anyone needs to borrow one. I also run a CB. What channel is everyone useing (FRS and CB)?

So here we go 715 best buy fairfield then we will meet you guys at 9:00 at mcdonalds at the forrest hill exit across from chevron.

frs channels are usually 8-0 and cb channel is usually 22.

I dont have any radios but I have been thinking about getting some. I will check some out this week.
Oh yeah, my buddy might go too. He is the guy with the white yota.

Just to clear up some confusion, eagle lakes exit (cisco grove is the next exit) is about 45 min to an hour away from auburn, depending on how everyone drives. I would also recommend gassing up at that chevron in Auburn since the gas is expensive in cisco grove.

Josh, I'll meet you at the trailhead at 10:00, we'll do some scouting before everyone gets there.

Works for me. Plan on leaving mcdonalds no latter then 9:00 then. If you want eat there, you need to get there a little earlier.

I dont meen to make this sound all complicated but I dont know where the trailhead is so Im gonna need to meet somebody somewhere who does. Im sure I could find it but I dont wanna be driving around looking for it.
I can meet somebody in Auburn at 8:30 9:00 to grab a bite, take a shit, gas up, and haul ass. That should give us plenty of time to make it to the trail by 10am.
So, who can make it to Forest Hill by no later than 9am to meet me and take my dumb ass to the trail?

I will be there and I know where the trail is. Read the above posts as I have posted meet times. So If there is anyone who is wants to meet at best buy in fairfield be there at 7:15 we then will head up to Auburn and hook up with you guys at about 9:00. Its about an hour from auburn to the trail head . So far the only one possibly meeting is polarbear. So if he doesnt go I will just head straight up to auburn. We usually find it easier to convoy up in case someone has problem. We just have mutilple places to meet so that someone isnt going out of there way to hook up with group.
