Anybody out there find them selfs on the outerbank? I mainly stick to nags head and oregon inlet. Its OK to admit you like sand more than mud and rocks

I try to go down there every summer in the middle of July. But I can't say I like one more than another. That would be like picking a favorite child.

yeah my parents have a real little place behind the Wright brothers memorial. They go down every weekend and go deep sea fishing on my dads boat. So when ever I can, I follow em down there. Sometimes I crash at there place, sometimes at the park next to the inlet.

I live in Kitty Hawk and work for the Nags Head Fire Department. Anybody needs anything, just let me know and I can probably hook it up with a little notice. I'd love to see some of the other people out there come down sometime.

Yeah, I worked at the Food Lion (ish) station up until last month. I'm currently detailed to the little one next to Jockey's Ridge until our new station down south (Whalebone Junction) opens in Feb. I've got the '05 yellow X. As for a beach run, I'm definately in, just need a date,
Josh

I went down there for one day. It was the very first time that I had the X off road. It was a blast running around there in 2wd. Once the thing would get stuck in 2wd I would wait to let off of the gas until I started to feel the rear wheels start to sink into the sand then switched to 4 hi. Never needed to go to 4lo the entire time. I loved it there.
